This time I came to Guangzhou to run a clothing and leather goods wholesale market, and I directly booked my accommodation at Vienna International Hotel (Guangzhou Railway Station). I had heard from my fellow business friends that this was a place where buyers would buy back their goods all year round. However, when I actually stayed here, I realized that it not only meets all the needs of commercial procurement, but also provides a much better daily travel and leisure experience than expected.
I arrived at the hotel around 3pm in the afternoon, and the entrance is located on Sanyuanli Avenue, facing the street. The prominent Vienna sign can be seen from afar. When I drive over, there is a free large parking lot at the entrance, and a large suitcase filled with samples can be dragged directly from the trunk to the elevator without any detours. When checking in, the front desk learned that I was coming to the wholesale market and specially arranged a quiet room on a higher floor for me. They also gave me a simple guide map of the surrounding wholesale market, indicating the leather goods city within walking distance and the clothing wholesale market that can be reached at a starting price by taxi. The details are all thoughtful for business travelers.
The first feeling when entering the room is that the newly renovated texture is very comfortable. The whole house intelligent control system is easy to use, and once the double-layer soundproof doors and windows are closed, the sound of traffic on the road outside is instantly isolated. The high density bedding is moderately soft and hard, and after running to the market all morning, I feel sore all over. As soon as I lie down on the bed, I can quickly relax. The desk space in the room is very spacious. I spread out the inventory list and sample photos that I organized for the day, connected them to the hotel's fully covered high-speed WiFi, and played video calls with customers from other places to connect the goods. There was no lag throughout the process, and it did not delay online negotiations at all.
The most worry free way to live here is to travel and eat. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Sanyuanli subway station on Line 2, one stop directly to Guangzhou Railway Station, Line 2 directly to Guangzhou South Station and Beijing Road business district, and 30 minutes to Baiyun Airport. Cross city travel and intra city commuting are particularly smooth. Within a few hundred meters of the area, there are all kinds of Cantonese cuisine. The Zhusheng Noodle Shop across the street is filled with Lao Guang when it opens in the morning. The Yue Jinyu Restaurant in the alley is a good place to have morning tea. Strolling through the market and dining at any restaurant, you can easily find authentic Guangzhou flavors.
The 24-hour self-service laundry room and fitness room provided by the hotel are very practical for those who have been staying in the Guangzhou market for a long time. During the day, they sweat profusely while running in the market, and at night, they throw their clothes into the washing machine and then go to the fitness room for a half-hour walk, which can relieve most of the fatigue of the whole day. The luggage storage service is also very considerate. After checking out on the last day, I stored my large and small bags of goods at the front desk, and then went to two wholesale markets with light equipment. Before leaving, I came directly to pick up the goods and load them onto the truck, without having to drag heavy goods to sweep around.
As a business traveler who has been shopping in Guangzhou for many years, I have stayed in many hotels around Sanyuanli. Vienna International Hotel (Guangzhou Railway Station) has engraved "business friendly" into every detail, so I don't have to waste time on commuting, worry about storing goods, and even take care of my daily needs for rest and meals. Next time I come to Guangzhou to visit the market, I will definitely choose to stay here as soon as possible.Show more
